All our products are hand made and most of them custom made / personalized upon a request.

The combinations of materials and colors offered in our online store can be ordered directly as long as they are marked available, but we can also make a product of different material / color than offered, upon your wish. Please take a look at the materials below and contact us in such a case, to inform yourself on availability, possible price change and processing time.

We can personalize, change or fully create something for you, just let us know your idea and wish.

The colors / texture of the materials can vary on pictures and in reality, due to light exposure, background, surrounding factors or simply the nature of the material itself (wood). Please see an example, clicking the "materials" button above.

We do not have a storage of pre-made products and stocks of all the materials we could offer, so please consider a reasonable production and shipping time (2-15 working days, or more in special cases).

The custom made and personalized products are excluded from our return policy, but in case of an issue, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to bring the smile back onto your face.
